The inspiration for this painting came when I took out my husband's great-Baba's egg that she decorated decades ago. I wanted to combine the ideas of spring rebirth with my hope for Ukraine and peace.
I am a Canadian aspiring craftswoman, a mother of three, a wife, a gardener, a professor, and an archaeologist. I specialize in diverse subjects... often flowers, animals, and landscapes or paintings from photos.
